NETWORK CONNECTIVITY
Dirac Cloud Network and Carrier Connectivity
Connect your colocated equipment directly to the Dirac Cloud network or arrange a dedicated fibre cross-connect to another carrier available at the data centre.
A carrier cross-connect provides a physical connection only. Internet access, bandwidth and service terms must be arranged separately with your selected carrier.
Carrier availability and any applicable cross-connect charges are confirmed when placing your order.
Carrier Cross-Connects
Connect to another network carrier within the data centre through a dedicated physical fibre cross-connect. Availability and charges are confirmed for each order.
Carrier-Provided Internet
Arrange Internet connectivity directly with your selected carrier, who determines the available bandwidth, pricing and service terms.
Dirac Cloud Port Speeds
Single-mode fibre ports are available at 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps for connectivity to the Dirac Cloud network. Internet bandwidth is quoted separately.

Remote Hands Assistance
Request on-site technical assistance at R500 per hour for tasks such as server reboots, power connections and network cabling. Arrange work through Dirac Cloud.
Arranged Data Centre Access
Arrange access to your equipment through Dirac Cloud. A representative will accompany you during your site visits at Digital Parks Africa's Samrand data centre.
Customer-Managed Equipment
Keep full control of your hardware, operating systems and software. You remain responsible for administration, maintenance, and backups unless otherwise agreed.
