Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Where payment details are entered directly with a payment provider, Dirac Cloud may not receive or store your complete payment card or banking information.
Information Stored on Your Virtual Servers
Customers control the applications, information and content stored on their virtual servers.
Where customers process personal information using Dirac Cloud services, the customer may act as the responsible party and Dirac Cloud may act as an operator under POPIA.
Dirac Cloud does not routinely access or inspect customer content. We may access systems or data where reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain or secure our infrastructure, investigate abuse or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or comply with applicable law.
Customers remain responsible for securing their own virtual servers, applications, credentials and data.
How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
Create and manage customer accounts
Provision and operate services
Process payments and issue invoices
Provide technical and customer support
Communicate service-related information
Monitor performance and availability
Protect our infrastructure and prevent fraud or abuse
